The calm and peaceful corner amidst the urban rush was truly a refreshing experience.Upon arrival, the free shuttle service was a convenient touch, ensuring easy access to nearby attractions. The 24-hour front desk and on-site shops added to the convenience during my stay.While the staff's grasp of English was limited, their efforts to assist were commendable. The moderate language barrier did not hinder the overall experience, but I believe a stronger emphasis on hospitality training would enhance guests' interactions.The cozy room with a choice of pillows was a thoughtful detail, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The breakfast spread offered a mix of traditional Chinese options and limited Western choices, catering to diverse palates.my stay provided good value for the money spent, offering a peaceful haven in the bustling city of Shanghai.
